Support

• Channel: e-mail to Support@detentpoint.com, or phone +1 971-258-0902 during support hours (voicemail outside them).
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 15:30–23:30 US Pacific, excluding US federal holidays.
• First response: within two business days. Most questions are answered the same business day.
• Scope: installing and using the WikiMint macro, generation errors, questions about what the app sends and stores (see the Privacy Policy), billing questions about the Atlassian-billed subscription.
• Out of scope: general Confluence administration, writing or fixing your source code, and changes to the generated documentation’s wording (the output is read from your code and your own comments; fix the source and regenerate).

Service level

WikiMint is operated by a single small company on Microsoft Azure (US East). It is offered without an uptime guarantee or service credits. Practically:

• The generation service runs on a single instance with health monitoring and paged alerting; unplanned outages are worked as soon as they are noticed.
• Planned maintenance is scheduled for low-traffic hours where possible and rarely exceeds a few minutes; the macro shows a plain error and can simply be retried.
• A generation request is stateless: nothing is lost by retrying. Documentation already written into Confluence pages is unaffected by any outage of the service.
• Security issues: report to Support@detentpoint.com with "SECURITY" in the subject; acknowledged within one business day.
