Every page speaks in up to six voices, presented as two sets of tabs. The Audience tabs are written for a reader:
- Manager — what the feature means for a team: the risk it retires, the retraining it avoids.
- Practitioner — the working detail: keys, behaviors, edge cases.
- Learner — a plain-English introduction that assumes less background.
The Lens tabs are written for a review:
- Software Approval — the facts an approval reviewer needs, as a table.
- Dependencies — what the feature needs installed, and why.
- Compliance — the properties an auditor cares about.
Where a voice is missing from a page, that’s deliberate: a tab is omitted when there’s nothing true to say in it, rather than padded. The facts throughout are bounded by the app’s own help source, the same source the in-app help ships from.
